Hello...

Hello everyone!

I have finally made the switch over from 606, good to see a lot of the old 606 posters on this site, been reading for a while, but now the transfer window and international break is over <yawn> and we can actually look forward to some football, I thought I would actually get round to writing an article.

So what do we reckon for this weekend?

Always a tough trip away at Wolves (god - I sound like harry) but we desperately need to start getting some points on the board and getting some form going. The last 120 min’s of football we have played after the first hour at Old Trafford was simply not good enough and we will need to start quickly from the first minute at Wolves or we will find ourselves behind (again). Not an easy task for Harry to get everyone going after two heavy defeats, the whole Modric affair and our squad not being together for the internationals. But the team needs to put everything bad that has happened over the last month out their minds, ignore the league table and just start the season at 3pm on Saturday.

That’s why I think it's important that if he's fit, that King Plays. Just seeing him, our captain, at the back will hopefully put the whole team at ease.

I also think it's important that Modric plays. I can't believe that some of you are saying drop him to the bench. Now that the transfer window has passed and his name has disappeared from the gossip columns I can't believe he will do anything else but get his head down and play. And despite his awfull behaviour, he is still our best midfielder by a mile, and far too good to leave out when we need the points.

I would like to see a team like this against wolves, fitness permitting...
