don't get me wrong I'd rather that we got Verratti if we were looking at CM's but Vidal is still a solid option to have available to us- if he wants to come

Vidal is an outstanding and highly combative midfielder and we'd be lucky to get him. He's 29 so about the same age as the likes of David Luiz and Diego Costa and I don't see anyone complaining about their ages.

Vidal and Conte have a very close bond after their time at Juve so I'd imagine there's some truth in this one as long as Bayern are willing to sell of course.

Bit different Superb in that they're already established at the club. Vidal has had a seriously injury, will be 30 before long and would be coming to new league.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan and would love him at the club but if I had a choice it would be Verattti.

Of course he wants to retire at Bayern. The same way Mikel would want to retire at Chelsea or Fellaini at United. You would dodge a bullet if he turned you down
