Team to face Villa

Firstly i'd like to start off by saying I'm so proud of our boys for their performance against Chelsea, I know some do no believe in resting players, but I believe our recent 10 day rest has paid its dividends. Against Villa I will be be happy to see the following lineup, so we can get as much rest in before the league and uefa campaign resumes:

================Vorm========================

Trippier====Dier======Wimmer====Davies========

==========Dembele=====Winks=================

Sissoko===========Son==============N'Koudou

==============Janssen======================

Subs: Erikssen, Kane, Edwards, CCV, Lopez, Walker, Wanyama

Vorm

Trippier
Toby
CCV
Davies

Dier
Winks

Sissoko
Eriksen
Son

Jansenn

Toby has had a pretty good rest already, Rose and Walker could play all week and keep going but be a good game to give some time off.
We lose lot of creativity without Eriksen so can bring him off after the 6th goal....😉
CCV needs some game time too, harsh on Wimmer, but would be happier with Toby helping him.

continue with the 3-4-3

--------------------Vorm------------------------

------CCV--------Dier----------Wimmer---------

Trippier-------Winks---Wanyama----Davies-----

-----Sissoko--------Janssen---------Son

get all the players used to this system so that we become a more flexible team and squad.

I don't think rotation is simply about resting key players. It is as much about giving squad players match practice so that they are properly ready if and when called upon in the event of injury or suspension of a 1st choice player. For that reason, I'm in favour.
