I would condemn Lloris if he was a racist and I was at WHL when JT demonstrated his racism towards Ledley King hearing every choice word. And these two played together at Senrab.

But being an idiot while drunk is hardly comparable to doing it stone cold sober and way more graphically. Using your own defense that charges were dropped as there was no evidence he referred to the man from the country of his father's birth.

I'd reverse that equation TBH with you.

Not that it matters either way but some people seem to have this mistaken idea that successfully suing the papers regarding a pregnancy story they run about the affair means the affair didn't happen.

Despite the fact the affair stories were never pursued in the courts, just the pregnancy one.

That's just bad logic.

As for it being a black mark against Terry, not for me, being an adult male I have more important things to worry about than what celebrity is sleeping with who.

I don't think think Cesc will lose too much sleep over it. He's won pretty much everything as a footballer and built his legacy by spanking Tottenham every season, at least twice a season for nearly his entire tenure in English football
