Why is this mug not fighting spence, he fought jo jo dan and the other fella as they were his mandatory. now that spence is his mandatory he is thinking of moving up.

That fight was a win win situation for Brook. He had nothing to lose and still remained world champion.
He is still yet to fight a top WW. People will say what about Porter but i wont put Porter at elite level. Spencer is a up and coming star and is willing to travel to UK.
Like OP said he was quick to fight number one contenders bums like Dan and whoever the other guy was but a very good number one contender and he's not so keen.
