Seeing him previously, he has always looked a handful and capable of turning a game with his trickery and pace. So what has happened to him since he joined Everton?
And at 22, he is still developing as a player
Everton fans, will you be sad to see him leave?
Spurs fans, do you think he might be worth a punt? For me I am in two minds over this, a couple of years ago I would have said yes, now I am slightly reticent over him.

So does removing the obligation to buy, which is what happened.
That skysports tweet doesn't support your claim it was the loan fee holding it up. It just confirms a fee has been agreed.
