Putting your hands on match officials is a no no, pushing them is technically assault which could result in a very long ban for Mr Wenger.

What about a kick in the face (which is what happened)? Does that result in a time out? Few minutes on the naughty step, perhaps?

Actually I thought your player's head was about chest high which puts him in the territory of committing dangerous play himself.
The kick 9n the face/head is secondary to the offence, which if given as a high boot is an indirect free kick..
Not trying to be awkward as I believe Moss made a number of errors during the game including one penalty Arsenal should have had.
By the way, I was a Class 1 referee for 9 years and refereed in the main feeder leagues.
