I've been saying for a while that the play-offs will be a bridge too far for us and I think Saturday reinforced that. Happily I wasn't at the game and I have great sympathy for the 800-900 who did travel in many different ways, not just for having to witness us getting humped by a Ross County team that even our relegation side beat twice in a week, but also because they barely saw any of the game due to the fog.
On the plus side the Dees continued their trophy drought by getting pumped out by St Mirren.
Small consolation though. Our slump is deeply concerning and I very much hope we can pull through it as soon as possible. We need to start winning again.
I was relieved to see Frank and Robson back in the team but by all accounts young Jamie had a tough afternoon. Conceding six is never acceptable and the manager needs to take them back to the basics again. A clean sheet in our next game should be the priority above everything else and I hope our tactics show that.
Disappointing stuff.

Better turn it around.. Would prefer United in the top flight over Killie or Dundee tbh

Ross County should be pushing top 4 every season
they have a good manager, plenty of money compared to the other 8/9 teams in the league and the best striker outside Celtic

CT, that was disgusting. I'm shocked and appalled by that.

I think the thing with the playoffs is that the premiership team are playing against better teams week in week out. Look at Killie last year, they were utterly dreadful yet didn't struggle at all to brush Falkirk aside. A one off cup match is one thing, but over two legs you have to fancy the top flight team each time. The only ones to buck the trend in the current format were Hamilton against Hibs.
Of course, you have to actually get there in the first place...!
