- players lining up and shaking hands before the match.
- managers having to shake hands after the match.
- an injured player having to leave the pitch because the physios were called in ( puts his side at an unfair disadvantage ).
- managers whining constantly at the fourth official during the match.
- players getting booked for celebrating a goal with their own fans.
- I guess I could add "diving" too but , well , what's the point really?
- high-priced matchday experience ( in Germany the FA have made it an enjoyable experience with very low ticket prices and as a result the Bundesliga has the highest crowd attendances in Europe )
- players spitting on the pitch ( you must admit it's not a good look but much like diving you can't really get rid of it imo ).
- indirect free kicks ( but I guess that's a FIFA rule )
- Martin Tyler ( great back in the days but has become an absolute bore-fest ... puts me to sleep everytime ).
- Firmino's pearly white teeth ( puts us englishmen in shame really ... should be kicked out of the country for that! )
- Leeds United ( I mean really , what's the point of their existence? )

Spitting, of course it's not necessary, how do I know?
Because loads of players never spit, whereas some are gobbing all the time.

Don't think there is any obligation for managers to shake hands. Nothing wrong with a bit of sportsmanship.

--------
I had to spit during games to clear my nose due to a deviated septum. Many footballers that have played against Fellini have the same problem.

Football was played in UK for over 120 years before anyone thought it was a good idea to take his shirt off so t cant exactly be some sort of aomatic reaction to a goal.
Players KNOW THE RULES, yest they still do it
I don't necessarily agree with that rule but players should at least take some time out to read the current rules of the game they are playing.

Players should have a hankie sewn onto the inside of their shirts and wipe any excess saliva onto it.
I also think mad goal celebrations are disrespectful. If anything take a slight bow while team mates gently applaud.
If the goal was exceptionally good, it would be good form for the opponent to applaud also and perhaps shake the scorer's hand to congratulate him.
And don't get me started on complaints to the ref. At the very least, say "Excuse me" first and then wait until he gives you his undivided attention. Very often he may need to write something in his notebook, so what makes you think he ought to listen to you first?

Personally think the celebration should be worth half a point if its good and unsportsman-like enough
