Now to start I ain't anti Klopp at this moment in time, but he doesn't know his best team and I'm starting to realise his stubborn side.
Firmino, sturridge and Origi keep coming in and out of the team and none of them have surricent time to find form. And for me the Firmino as a false number 9 is more effective against the bigger teams.
How does Can start every week and what does he offer defensively or in the attacking sense? Wouldn't it be feasible to play 2 of Firmino/Sturridge or Origi each week? Especially against so called lesser teams?
Coutinho is out of sorts, but just come back from injury.
Our defensive line has been chopped and changed, but we've had bad injuries too... But this is our weakest area in the team, and getting rid of Sakho and not replacing him seems a very bizarre decision and could be costly.
Mane exploiting space with his pace, passing and movement seems to be plan A, B and C! And he seems to be low on confidence and has had little restbite himself, plus he has only just stepped up a level.
I'm getting concerned tbh....

Mane will be largely inffective now teams have realised that giving you little to no space in behind really frustrates you.
When you get an early goal, your manager's tactics are bob on. Teams then have to attack a bit which leaves space for you. When you don't score early in games I always fancy you to drop points.
We're a very predicatble team to play against. Liverpool are now becoming same. Teams know what the plan is now.

I reluctantly agree...
But tbf City, Arsenal and spurs don't look great ether.
But united and liverpool at this rage are looking like they will be 5th and 6th

You won't take 6th off us. We won't let it you. It's ours.
Least we've got League cup final, last 16 of FA cup and last 32 of Europa though I suppose. Good chance we'll get something shiny again this season.

I think Klopp is great but I didn't understand Can ahead of Wij today.
I guess he was worried about height/power but we conceded a poor goal anyway.
I would like him to be a bit more proactive in subs/formation but have accepted after 15 months that it's just not how he goes about it.
For me now we have to get Ojo and Wilson involved and see if they can give us a boost as natural wide players and goalscorers.

Has Klopp picked a team that could of won the last 10 or so games easily = yes
Have the players been beyond bad = yes
Do players get fired = no ( not for pathetic performances anyway )

Who actually thought we'd do well with two midfielders playing at the back?

For me we should be sacrificing a man in midfield and play Firmino playing off either Sturridge or Origi!
Just take a step back everyone...
We have a No.10 playing as our main striker, a DM as CB, a winger playing as LB...
Tactics and decisions have been bizarre of late
