Posh V Shrewsbury

Two tickets anywhere in the ground for £20 on Valentine's Night - what a treat! Unfortunately, my wife is not convinced.

All I can hope, therefore, is that there will at least be some other star-crossed lovers attending the match on Tuesday night.

On Saturday, Posh lost at home to the league leaders, whilst the lowly placed Shrews won away to the second-placed team.

I think fearing the worst has to be the best approach to this game - that way the Posh might surprise me with a win. So here's fearing the worst!

The team actually played quite well on Saturday. We were missing Paul Taylor, however. As usual, Nichols was on the pitch but awol, and Maddison lost interest after 70 minutes. New boy little (no legs visible between socks and shorts) Morias looked dangerous when he came on (another potential Oztumer) and other new boy Anthony Grant looked a good buy.

Here's fearing the worst for the final time (team, you owe the home support!).

A toughie tonight (Shrewsbury are on a winning run) but an indicator, if we win, that we will still be in the running for play-off place. We need, though, a goal-scorer in the mould of Dwight Gayle.

UTP!

A good win in the end (after a shaky first-half). Still in the loop!
