Surely as the second half unfolded Wenger must have been sitting there thinking even 8 million a year is not worth this. Bad defeats can happen but for it to hapen every year surely he must see something is not right at the club. We all accepted tough times during the stadium move but that time has passed. We should have seen some progress in the last few years in trying to catch up with the top elite and we are further away than ever. Teams like Atletico have proven its possible to mix it with the big teams. Just shrugging shoulders and saying they have really good players wont wash anymore.
To make matters worse we are seeing all the washed up ex pros and ex managers go to town on Arsenal at the moment and this result certainly wont halt it.
We know the board wont do anything about it so it falls to Wenger to make the right choice.
End of the line

He should fall On his sword.
If not now, certainly in May

We deserve people to go to town on us, we're horrific. Thst performance was embarrassing for the whole of English football.

Tactically inept, too comfortable for years, no cojones to drop underperforming players, awful in the transfer market.
Arsene has to go in the summe, for his own good.

Wenger will leave the helm with Spurs being the better NL team.
And that will be his legacy

You do realise they're not 8 million on FIFA, but actual real-money quid, right?
