For me (and I suspect the majority) there's no such thing, it's always been a question of do we let him leave on his own terms after everything he's done for us or do we sack him because he's too stubborn to do so.
I've always been in the camp that he should be able to choose when he leaves and I still believe this, however if after the end of this season he still doesn't see that he's not in any position to push the club forward, then I will sadly say he needs to be pushed out. Fortunately the talk and his reaction after the game looks like he's realized its time to move on.
I feel like he should've left on the high after his first FA cup win. At this stage I would happily take 1-2 seasons out of the champions league for us to come back with a fighting chance with a great mentality against the big teams. We do have fighting spirit as evidenced by the amount of late goals we score, but this seems to be non existant against the really big teams.
Koscielny is a world class defender, but as big a liability as it comes. Going off memory here, so correct me if I'm wrong, but how many big games has he gone off injured in now. Definitely seems to be happening too often, and the eventual collapse follows so predictably, I called it instantaneously yesterday.
Wenger in or Wenger out?

You do realise Wenger cant be sacked? Its not because he has the board by the balls or anything like that. It is simply because the board needs him more than he needs them.
A 2 year contract means he was likely to leave at the end of 2019 and the succession plan would kick in during these last 2 years.
But the mood at the club is the reason why he decided not to renew and its obvious he wont renew if things dont change.
A lot of fans who dont understand Wenger think he keeps quiet because he is a dictator who wont relinquish power but during the course of the season you can only look to the next game and reassess at the end of the season.
He is going at the end of the season on his own terms. Feel sad for him though. For all his mistakes and we all make mistakes I feel some fans have been too harsh

There needs to be change. Personally I would go with new ownership of the club and Wenger to move upstairs to the board as part of the change.
