To be fair now, I boxed through my teens into my early 20's. Was alright. Not a measure of how tough someone is though. Mate of mine did it as well and he's softer than curry turds.

Former rugby player just sounds like you were pro, I mean I wouldn't say I'm a former footballer and yet played to a decent level but as long as I know you embellish things to validate yourself it's all good.

So the 6ft "Italian stallion" boxing hard as nails rugby player with a social conscience that would make Mother Teresa hang her head in shame may be a little wide of the mark.
