I think generally we are, but would be interested to give him a chnce in behind ade instead of us playing defoe COYS

I hate to say it but Spurs are more balanced without VDV. Unless Harry can find a stable position for him, all we have is a talented but out of position player.

Nope. In 4-4-2 we look good but I really do think that a 4-5-1 with VDV playing behind Ade, Bale, Sandro/Parker/Hudd, Modric and Lennon in a midfield we'd be a much better team.

We lost out in midfield in the first half.
4-4-1-1 away
4-4-2 home

Well if Kranjcar can do a job on the wing like he did today then why can't VDV? Both slow classy type players. I still believe VDV and Adebayor would work though

4-5-1 needs to be a thing of the past for Spurs. We failed so badly on many occasions with 4-5-1, 4-4-2 for me all the way

4-2-3-1 when Sandro is back!

I don't think you can claim we are better without VDV because of a win in his absence which is what I think you are doing elvis....sorry.

The fact is VDV has never had a quality striker to support, I think you might find now he's got Adebayor the 4-4-1-1 formation might work!

against us VDV was terrible he was obsessed with long range shots. Hes a quality player but he is like sneijder and thats why we didnt go for sneijder. They both cant play in 4-4-2, their limited in their position they play but he is still quality player
