Our next 3 games should see us with 7 points whilst Newcastle will have difficulty getting 3
Newcastle are playing Brighton aTown a and Reading a
They nearly lost to Bristol C on Saturday so are the wheels coming off
I expect to be within striking distance come 11 march
This would leave Town in the top 2
I still think that Fulham will overtake Reading for a top6 spot
next 3 games are crucial

I find it amazing how Wendies have scored LESS goals than us considering their attacking options. That said I agree I'm only concerned about Fulham outside of the playoffs.
I do agree Newcastle can be caught by Udders and a very outside chance of us.
Game on.

I could see either Norwich or Fulham getting into play offs. They're not out of it IMO. Think Huddersfield might just finish in top 2 also.
We need to start performing again. I'd like to see goals coming from wingers and midfielders also. Don't see O'Kane/Vieira/Bridcutt etc take shots or get into area enough IMO even though it isn't their primary role. As a midfielder, you need to have a crack from time to time and make runs into area too on crosses etc,...

Totally agree Matty. Peeps seem to think it's nailed on PFs. No way. There are always a few teams who surge and those who fall back. Fingers crossed...

Matty these next 3 games are the most important ones as far as the top 6 places are concerned I agree they are all important but lets face it Newcastle who seemed home and dry are looking shaky and they also play Fulham in their 4 game
Anyone can win this league but my money his on Town and Brighton
so the play offs
Newcastle v Fulham
Leeds v Wed

Greatest result has to be beating Huddersfield at Wembley with a mooy own goal 😂😂😂
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Mooy gives away a penalty in the 94th minute. Chris Wood steps up. Bottom left corner. Leeds promoted and Wood wheels away to the Leeds fans. Massive pileup. Bookings all round.
Getting goosebumps just thinking about it.

Spot on, Weall. In the past month, our midfielders have been not only shot-shy, they are not making the runs into the opposition's box to make them play. That comes directly from the coach.
You can see from this game against Norwich in November how we committed players forward and reaped the benefit -

We had 21 shots in that game. When was the last time we asked these kind of questions of the opposition? Our midfield showed us and Monk that they can get forward and hurt their opponents. It's not always about playing the right players for the right game, it's also about putting the other team to the sword. It just takes fearlessness to go ahead and do it. Those two results against Norwich really damaged their season. This is what we need to do to the likes of Brighton, Newcastle and Fulham. At the end of the day, this league is about belief and desire as much as anything else. Have we got what it takes?
