And we've barely touched them. This will still be true even if we somehow manage to score a late equaliser.
This is where we're at now.
Liverpool not even that good

But Suarez wasn't considered world class before he joined you and look what happened as soon as he was,and Mane is a decent player fella.

Bats👍 aye, he has spent a fair few quid on centre mids and not replaced him, he seems to bring a purpose to middle to front for you, one player should really not make that huge a difference imo, I always felt Wenger was getting it tight after what he has done previously but perhaps it is time for a change? A new approach might be what is needed?

Wenger is unlucky there cos for the 2nd season running an injury to Cazorla has killed us
===
Don't think he's unlucky, there were huge rumours cazorlas Achilles was a ticking time bomb. He spent a load on Xhaka, who I like, but just simply isn't as good as him. Which we all knew. Id have hoped he could successfully change us tactically to accommodate but it hasn't worked.

Arrogant OP and article IMO. Liverpool prepared for all of our weaknesses today.
They repeatedly looped the ball to their forward players to counter our defence built solely on the offside trap.
They also pinged many balls to their wide players to great effect against our criminally narrow back 4.
They also played 3 in the middle to take advantage of the gaping ocean of space between our attacking and defensive midfielders.
I could go on, but you get the picture.

I think you will collapse when Wenger will leave. You whole setup and way of playing is implemented by Wenger so the next guy has to have the same style of play as Wenger.

I don't think Arsenal even have a style of play anymore do they?
They do bits of things but don't seem to have a philosophy. They sometimes counter, sometimes play neat football, sometimes go wide and cross but at times will not do it at all. The players don't seem to complement each other either and I didn't see a single partnership today. Fvck knows what formation they had by the end.

if we have to sink before we swim then so be it. The club has the players, facilities and finances in place to challenge at the top and eventually with a competent manager we will, whether it be next year or in 5 years time is irrelevant because it will happened eventually.
In the current set up it will never happen
