Klavan is a squad player for me. I don't want to see Lucas as a CB ever again.

Klavan is decent, but Lovren has been rock solid for the better part of a year now. Look at our record with him and Matip together vs either of them with another.

weakness is lucas at cb, moreno at lb....both need changing if we are to progress. klavan is fine as second string.

Can is not good enough.

The hack in Sanchez is something we rarely see from our players. We have been too nice and honest. Soemtimes you just gotta get dirty like everyone else.

I agree re-Can although he gave the ref a decision to make with that late tackle. Fine line between committed and a bit daft.

I think the whole team raised it today. Should be said though, Leicester took criticism for their desire against us after lacklustre performances. We should probably look to ourselves as well. I want that desire every game.

Don't want to be on a downer tonight though so I'll finish by saying Mane and Lallana were simply superb today.

Did Stevie G do anything similar at 22? Can has had some poor games but there is a lot to admire and he should improve

Similar to what? Levels of consistency?

Can is 23 and at 23 Stevie was made captain of our club, had established himself for both club and country.

Loads of players take time to establish themselves at CM. Gerrard is probably a bad comparison though

Personally I still have high hopes for Can but he hasn't progressed in the last 18 months as much as I'd hoped.
