Serious question. Usually they will play with their second team and wave a white flag before the CL draw is being made.
They should let other teams play in the CL for a chance to win the CL.

Consistent qualifying for the CL allow Spurs to grow and generate more revenue and attract better players.
Thus allowing them to establish themselves at the top end of the PL
