I agree Spart, at least we aren't watching the Derby under Pearson.

In June this year Mell Mortis will have been Derby iwner and Chairman for 2 years. Had he done anything to move the club foward? Had he improved on GSE? To me the club has gone backwards

Yes, the training facilities are excellent, much better than under GSE. Mel hasn't done much wrong.

I'd much rather have a local fan in charge who puts his hand in his pocket than a bunch of tight rsed foreigners who know feck all about football.

Local owner is great in theory but GSE were a very well run outfit who balanced the books and looked for long term sustainability AND gradual improvement.
Whereas Mel has splashed his cash (and ours) and got little to show for it.
I certainly dont think we are any better. Many of the same players remain and hugely increased contracts but they still fail.to deliver.

If we were still under GSE we would be league 1 now. Their sustainability is to live within our means not to max out but remain within FFP.

What's that got to do with Mel?

The fact that he's looking at his 5th manager in less than 2 years shows he can't be trusted to get a right manager

Can't remember many complaining about the choices he's made.

Go get the Fulham manager, it's a simple choice.
