Obviously whether we're promoted or not makes a big difference to how this will all pan out.
I re-listened to AR's interview from when he bought into club and he specifically did not answer the question put to him about buying 100% in summer. If we don't go up I see more chance of Cellino selling than if we do go up,one can only hope that whatever contract AR signed guarantees the chance to complete the 100% purchase on reasonable terms.
Looking at Jan, it doesn't feel Monk really got what he wanted, he expressed some frustration about the window so one hopes he is given fuller support in summer. This of course assumes that the contract for our longest serving head coach under Cellini is extended. If we don't go up and he's not backed,it would make alternative offers seem more attractive. Monk has done really well, I hope the club extend his contract and give the club some stability as soon as possible.
Then the loaners. Janson deal is not done and dusted, if not promoted, again other options look more attractive for the player, one hopes we do actually sign him and make efforts to secure Bartley, with whom he has struck up a good partnership.
All the other loaners, do we really want them? Are we going to pay 8.5m for pedraza even if we did get promoted?
There is a rebuilding job to do when the loaners you rely so heavily on return to parent clubs.
AR has talked about not spending a lot so one imagines we are going to rely more on youth than the expense of permanent signings, but the expectation must be that if we don't go up this season we show the intent to strengthen properly in obvious area so that we really are trying to go up next season.
With admin creditor repayment obligations gone from end of this season hopefully that focusses the intent on the true goal, promotion.

No leftback come the summer that needs sorting.
Jannson should sign, I know it could change but it's been agreed so should be here next year - not worried about him at all
Bartley needs signing
Green needs another year
The defense has been tye best part of our team, yet we could lose three or four of them in the summer.
And I would be surprised if we could rebuild it to be as good as it is now

Bartley is the only one i'm concerned about as we only need a LB to replace Taylor and we have Berardi as cover.
But Bartley MUST be signed.

I thin Green had a contract extension clause, Jansson, I will believe it when I see it, club never seems to make contract signing easy.
I'm assuming Taylor is gone, which is a shame that the 5 players the club built their promotional stuff about a couple of season back have gone, are Philips, Viera, Denton good enough to fill their shoes?
I imagine that Bellusci and Silverstri will leave, is BPF out of favour at present?
What will happen with Erwin and Antonsson?
I imagine a lot of change in summer, hope we do things quickly.

From what I've heard, and I could be wrong, Monk is in temporary accommodation (i.e. Hotel). As it stands it would be very easy for him to walk away should a fair deal not be forthcoming.
As for done deal Pontus, has any money actually changed hands? If not I'd say it's anything but a done deal.

I wonder if we could re-loan Bartley, unlikely I know, but if he's happy and we don't have the finances and or they won't sell? I'm still hopeful AR will relaunch us as a club and a brand.

I don't see Swansea being too keen on him if they stay up. Surely our worry wpuld be other Championship teams or newly promoted teams wanting him.

The best evidence of Rarizanni's intentions is in the progress we have made in the past 6 months. Cellino has been silent and the football has done the talking for us. Monk is still with us and said his contract discussions will not be allowed to get in the way of the team's progress. Compared to how we were run a year ago, we are miles better. With these foundations in place the question for Radrizanni is whether to back Monk in the pre-season (new contract, sign the loanees and buy in the players we need) or not.
We are getting to the point where Radrizanni will need to show his intent, as well as his financial acumen. The fact that the ship has been steady since he arrived suggests that whatever happens next, it will be a lot more reasonable than the chaos endured under previous ownerships.

I don't think he'll show his intentions before he knows whether or not the club belongs to him!..
If we go up Cellino's family will get what they are waiting for making Cellino a father again, and if we don't he just might decide he wants to stay, because there'll be no Premier block making him go!..
Until then I don't see us hearing to much about Monk and the rest until something actually happens!..

I think everyone at the club is focussed on the last few games and reaching the play offs. I'd be surprised to see any statement of intent until the season ends.
However I did see a post on twitter yesterday and the poster (well respected) said he had heard rumours of TOMA 5.
Make of that what you wish but the guy fronting the Chinese takeover has yet to surface and I know he has a substantial war chest at his disposal.
Cellino is gone I think so we must look forward with Radz at the helm - either on his own or with a partner. Unless he he receives an offer he can't refuse
