Yaya should have started or at least been brought on because of his physical presence and either Fernando or Delph would have been more solid than De Bruyne.

If he wanted attack, then why play Sagna, the back pass specialist, rather than the Zabaleta?

Was amazed he didn't start with Yaya, who can slow the ball down but give some control. KDB was bullied out of the game, as was Silva for the first half. Sane and Sterling passing backwards to guys standing still was not what was required, as was shown in the first 20 minutes of the second half when the team upped the tempo and ran at defenders. Attack as the first line of defence is great but you need the ball to make that happen and City didn't have it. Assuming Yaya is going this summer, Delph needs to make a big step forward to claim that spot in the squad as it is something that is badly needed at times.
