When its nearly the entire team you've got to ask questions of the regime. Its very easy to say to these players where is your professional pride why are you not putting in 100%. I dont pretend to understand the mind of a highly privaleged indiviual who gets paid a lot of money to play football but at the end of the day they are still human. If you dont believe in the management your not going go that extra mile or walk through brick walls for them. Just like any job in the world if you dont enjoy doing it your not going to give your best thats human nature.

Agree with you on Monreal. The Ox surely is not consistent even within a game. Think our chilean magician was good first half, second half surely his injury hindered him.
