Lamela

This is the best team I have seen since the the Gazza & Lineker days. The only weak link is Sissoko ..just like Lamela he is total crap!

Lamela, if fit, would be a great asset to have versus Chelsea next week. Pochettino has stuck with him throughout this whole hip fiasco.
However, I fear he may never step on a football pitch anywhere again.
As for Sissoko, he is another Spurs enigma, just like Janssen.
It looks as though Janssen is threatening to become the player that was hired from Holland. Never too late!
And Sissoko was one of France's best players in the Euros. Maybe, .... Maybe .... Who knows?
Certainly nobody on this board!

Funny how we never hear from Chicken except when he wants to run down one of our players

We won all the games when Kane was out too. So that means we didn't miss him ?

Agreed. We are not missing Rose. Davies is doing a splendid job. We also have great cover for Kane & other than Sissoko there is no weak link all over the pitch.

Clown feet (Chronic's description of Son) is 100 times the player of donkey Lamela. Lamela's injury is the blessing of the season..possibly the blessing of Spurs' Premiership history.

Last season lamela was much better for Spurs than Mason and Livermore ever were though. What a ridiculous point you have made

And I wish both players well but there were much better cm options which is why they were sold.

Its all conjecture whether we would do better or worse without Lamela.

The points-per-game are currently identical with or without.

With him we may not have gone over to the 3421, which coincided with our upturn in performance in the New Year.

Currently he would not be getting in the XI in that formation

I'm guessing all stats will prove Chicken to be right (again) .

No idea, the PPG would be better without him as it was identical at that point above and we have won all bar one since.
