Seriously, I get what you're saying, but you are missing a slight detail here. He said that he has three kids and his wife that are settled in London. His wife and his kids are really happy in London. So he is not thinking of joining the biggest and the richest club in the world.
If you are totally convinced, please go to the bookies and put everything you got on this transfer happening this summer
