Whilst the name Gary Rowett was obviously at the business end of appointments in the long list we've had recently and even with history at the club it never caused me a thought that he would ever get it.
To see what he did at Birmingham especially under the circumstances and the position they were in raised a few eye brows I'm sure.
To be relieved of his duties when he was would make you wonder if something was untoward and then they went for Zola and you thought, nope.
And too read Brum fans thoughts on that since speaks volumes.
I could go on but my headline is misleading, I want to thank you for a very astute call last night at H/T to take Vydra of and with a lead but to make a point in his post match comments to say he's a team player and had no problem with it....clever but class.
Early days but I am and many are so happy you played the long game, unemployed and choose us when it could have being them
Derby till we die.
I for one am sorry Gary.

...and for the equaliser they let Forest score, and for the second for Fulham; it's embarrassing.

Morning Igor - I echo your sentiments but wonder, perhaps, if you were typing your words late last night through Guinness tinted spectacles?
They lack your usual clarity - more Father Jack than James Joyce

The free header against QPR was Bent's fault. Watch it back. Everybody was touch tight on a man till the corner was taken. Bent just wandered away from Sylla.

On corners...i think we miss a bit of presence all round. Martin and Forsyth are big misses in defending corners. They will be back next season.

There was nobody missing against Forest, they were badly positioned. Presence counts for nothing if they're all in the wrong place.

Yep i agree on that. I still cant work why both our centre halfs were on the corner of the 6 yard box when the ball hit the back of the net.
