N'Zogbia Over Downing EVERY single time!

I really hope Kenny doesn't go for Downing. N'Zogbia is a far better player and would be more value for than Downing ever would

He has pace, work rate, can beat a player, great crosser, and scores goals.

I too would prefer Mata. I also think that we should not focus just on young EPL players and should be looking at young talent in Europe. I'm sure Commoli is doing so.

Between N'zogbia and Downing. I would not mind if we get any of the two. N'Zogbia offers more speed and a goal threat but Downing I think has a better delivery and can also pop up with a goal.

I'd like to see us bang a bid in for Adam Johnson to be honest, young, quick, skilful and can drag defenders inside and out! He's had problems with mancini and hasn't played nearly anywhere nearly as much as he wants. I really think he'd want to join us as well!

Downing is superior to N'Zogbia because of his tactical versatility.

N'Zogbia is a bit quicker, but that's about it.

He score no more goals than Downing (look at the stats), he creates no more than Downing (likewise).

N'Zogbia is 2 years younger, but not a great deal in it.

They are both decent but unspectacular players who I wouldn't mind having but I wouldn't lose any sleep over either.
