We're linked with him again, would anyone want to sign him in the summer to replace Mig?
Personally wouldn't, think he is overrated and no one in the English media like to discuss his weaknesses like how he is consistently beaten from distance and is as weak as Reina was in his final season at the near post.
He can be brilliant and have seen him pull off some outstanding saves, but the exact same can be said of Mig.
Would you sign him and sell Mig?

Yeah agree Spurtle on both Hart did have a few very good seasons but had a very good defense in front of him, still was very good for them seasons.
I really do think the English media ignore his weaknesses, he is very poor at teh near post and I can think of 4 goals we scored v him from distince that a top keeper really should be saving.

He isn't always the best with set pieces either. His handling can be questionable. Those are his biggest weaknesses, along with his fashion sense:

His best quality like so many others, is his shot stopping, for the most part.

I think his reactions are also very good, he makes some amazing point blank saves, but he is too easily beaten by long low shots.

I never thought Joe Hart was world class... Just best of a bad bunch imo

Is it any coincidence that Mignolet recent run of good form has coincided with his new approach ?
I mean, he has now started to come out and punch the ball rather than trying to catch it, obviously this is something that has been identified as he was not that confident when coming to catch the ball.
Over the past few weeks Mignolet has become a bit of a beast in goal, spreading himself like a starfish and pulling off the most amazing shot stops and saves you would have ever seen since, well, Peter Schmeichel.
I do not think this is something that has come about all of a sudden. I think he was always this type of keeper, but was being made to be something else. I think Mignolet has just reverted to type, and long may it continue.

Also he has had a lot of criticism and moving up a level to overcome..
Like you say he has seen 2 changes in regime and countless different back 4's and 3's in front of him!
I never thought he was the problem and was unjustly dropped for Karius earlier in the season!

It's very interesting as he looks like a totally different type of keeper.
When he comes out, he now comes out with confidence and punches the ball away from danger. Also, his distribution has improved ten fold.
Do you think this is down to Klopp ?

Yeah dropping an in form Migs for Karius was bizarre and undoubtedly shattered his confidence. I think his recent overall transformation and command of his area has given the back four confidence. Long may it continue into the last game of the season.

Can you see you getting Schmeichel. from Lesta, too good for them.

Getting Schmeichel would be funny, if only to see the son of a United legend go on to play for City, Leeds and Liverpool.
