Port Vale v Bolton Wanderers

The last away game of the season today as Bolton make the 56.60 mile trip to vale park. Port vale 4th bottom and 2 points from safety and on a run of 4 straight defeats are in desperate need of a win which with a game in hand will see them as favorites to stay up. Bolton 2nd on a run of 5 points but only 1 goal scored from 5 are at matchpoint. A win today and 3rd placed Fleetwood don't win at Gillingham who are in relegation trouble themselves then it over, Bolton are promoted. Bolton lose and they could end the the day in 3rd. Personally I think it will be a draw today which is bare minimum for Bolton as it guarantees it will still be in their own hands come the last game. Team news. What we know. Davies, Buxton, Wilson, alnwick out. Pratley and Madine doubtful. What we don't know is what pp will come up with today. Imo Henry must start as he has looked up for it and improved the side each time he had come on. Henry for pratley and long for derik would be my 2 changes. Talk in the local media has been of calling the cavelry, time for calm heads, call for heroes. Headlines I personally don't see as helping. My message is just get the job done.

So, we are due a draw on TV? Or are we to go down the Play-Off route to cover any fines we may get for pitch invasions

I just knew I should have stayed where I was I hope this isn't a rouse by Patricia to try and lighten my wallet. The Blue marble business it isn't as if the payback of the loan and interest wasn't known a bit like having to submit financial forecasts and statements to the F.L. It sounds like Chairman Ken is waiting for the promotion bonus and confirmation of being in the Championship so he can borrow the dosh or try and renegotiate again to settle it

This coming Saturday is going to be a bit painful, have to wait another day for the finale.
I will have to cringe while reading beano, and try and have a laugh at the comments sections.

You made it to Friday so you may now start feeling a little nervous and let a few nagging doubts creep in but beware of the What If syndrome starting too early.
Have a Crunchie the drinking starts later today once the drink starts it's probably best not to stop until it's over.

Starting to have wild mad dreams. Dreamt Dean moxey scored a late late winner and i turned to Sam allardyce and said palace should come in with a big bid for him to help bolton out financially. Sam's reply was free agent sucker. I won't survive the play offs need to do this Sunday.

'ere we go The Beano kick off the nerves this morning with the start of the big build up and why the eck can't they make quiet Rice Krispies all that snap crackle and pop this morning is making my head and nerves worse I'll have to book a proper greasy fry up for tomorrow morning.
On the bright side PP looks likely to wheel out the one armed Washing Machine which is bound to worry Peterborough
