People should forget the fee

We didn't pay that much because he's a £90 million player

We paid that much to get a very talented midfielder off a Euro rival.

He'll never need to repay the £90 million with £90 million performances. He just needs to keep improving with us and become a top midfielder which I'm sure he will

I would've agreed with this had we paid 80 million. 90 million quid he needs to do soooo much more. Like I have said, forwards have not helped, however he has been disappointing thus far.

I would have agreed with that if he was 88.9m. Anything above that he indeed needs to do so much more.

Some of the stats mask bigger flaws such as Pogba's poor decision-making and - at times- abysmal shooting.

However, today's performance reminded me of his potential, which is immense. Pogba can do things lots of other plays can't (I'm not referring to his dabbing skills). While it seems crazy to be talking about 'potential' in a player that cost 90 mill, we live in crazy times. I still think we need a top defensive-minded midfielder to play alongside Pogba, but I was still very encouraged with what I saw from him today.

He should have around 30 assists.

He creates, he wasn't brought in to score goals.

Some ridiculous passes in there, really does show he should have many more assists to his name, he must be frustrated at times.

Could've still done more, however.

It's not just on this board he gets grief from everywhere , mainly people who don't understand football and think because a player cost 90 mill he should be scoring 40+ goals a season. He still needs to up his game though but he's been nowhere near as bad as made out.

For his price tag, wage, and ability when he's good his contribution should be much more than we've received this season.

I don't care what he cost it's Irrelvant to me. He just needs to up his consistency because when he's on song he's our best and most exciting player. Need to build the team around him.

Yeah, it's hard to disagree with that, as well.

I'm not sure what's more amazing about that video: the quality of some of those passes, or how absurdly poor our finishing is

He should be on twenty assists in all comps quite comfortably.
