Form guide latest last
Town: LWLWDL
Wolves: WWLLWD
Its almost a full season since we played the then Zenga boys… a good 1-0 win against a decent Wolves side… RVLP scoring after 6 minutes on 27/08/16 that ended their unbeaten run from the start of the season.
We’ve ( so far ) had a great season, Wolves have flirted with but never been in serious relegation trouble. Lambert took over I November & has done a decentish job…
We have good recent record at Wolves apart from a mauling last season ( Oct 15 ) before Wagner took to the helm…
A point or a win takes Town back into 3rd spot , the play offs are very tight now….
Leeds have had a good season… 7th place is remarkable with a 1 man team….
Anyway….. David…. NOT another Derby performance… play like Town & I’m sure we’ll get at least a point in this game….
Wolves fans you are more than welcome , its good to have thread for both teams…
UTT….. 3rd again by 10 pm Tuesday.
Wolverhampton 0 Huddersfield Town 1

I hope wagbo doesn't play an under strength team on Saturday. It's not fair on the other sides battling down there.

Agreed Hydy, Wagner talking like our season is over, he's hot the play offs on his CV, in fact the season starts NOW. I'd love a top 4 finish.... Think play offs David.... Not our achievement... Fine as it is.

I didn't read that far down either, that's because the snippet I saw didn't go that far down.

Mind you I've just read that in 2016 Webber said his predecessor, Ross Wilson, had put a good infrastructure in place then this week contradicts himself by saying there is no infrastructure! Which is it to be? Both statements can't be correct.
Anyway I'm putting it down to parting on bad terms and perhaps sour grapes and realising I don't really care.

Also,
Read the comments from the Norwich fans there after. And What Webber had achieved during his time at Town, And his game plan from now on at Carrow Rd.
Is it not a mirror image of 'Town' & the Library tag that had infested the club,
And what the likes of myself & Jacko had been demanding as changes needed.
OK. We're up & running NOW.
But when grass roots fans are stating the blatantly obvious, & Folk like Clibbins etc are employed as experts to deal with the running of the club & are Clearly so out of touch it holds the club back...
Give me strength.
Better late than never, But this club should have been where we are now 10 seasons ago.
Before I go.
Just one tiny criticism re- The Pricing for next seasons 'cards'. The 'under 8' requirement for the cheap 29quid card, Brilliant as it is, Surely the cut off should be 10yo - Junior school age.
No 10yo is going to have a paper round or be able to 'earn' as such. And, As mentioned on that Norwich City blog, The More youngsters in the better, Once that rocking atmosphere grabs you, (As you all experienced for your selves) You're hooked for LIFE.
I'd been going darn the Shay for awhile as a 'nip'...But,
Once I'd stood (sat) on a crash bar on the terrace at Leeds rd , A night match v Forest in the 2nd division in the '67' There was only one team for me.
Get 'em in young, And let 'em stand at the front.....
They'll be TOWN fans for Life.

Newcastle managing director arrested by police and hmrc are at the club investigating tax evasion!
Hopefully a points reduction and we go up instead

Very strange timing by hmrc??
If there has been foul play they should not be rewarded with promotion

You may make it via the automatics yet. It would be funny to see Newcastle relegated instead of promoted after their hubris about winning the Championship without losing at the start of the season.

Newcastle won't receive any points deductions this season as an investigation will now take place taking forever.
