Live Text - Arsenal 3-2 Man United

5.58: This will be an early candidate for miss of the season, Silva attacked from the right and tried to shoot with the outside of his boot but it turned in to a cross and Ronaldo headed it towards goal, Buffon saved it but only to the feet of David Villa who somehow missed an open goal from six yards out unchallenged.

6.02: Arsenal looking like they can score any moment now, Sneijder played a nice one two with Villa and was teed up and smashed the ball from 20 yards out off the underside of the crossbar and bounced out.

6.06: GOAL! Man United have taken the lead courtesy of Theo Walcott! De Rossi played a poor pass and Rafael picked up the loose ball and played a long ball towards Gomez who had the beating of Mexes and flicked it on and Walcott ran through on goal and he placed it past Reina.

6.10: The goal was against the run of play and has shocked the Arsenal players. Man United are not holding back and look to double their lead. Just then Van Der Vaart's drilled shot hit the outside of the post.

6.14: The game has died down a bit now, Arsenal are trying to come forward but Man United are snuffing out their attacks. They are soaking up the pressure and they are settling down.

6.15: And the half time whistle goes at the Emirates. United are 1-0 up with Theo Walcott scoring a fine goal against his former team. We will be back in 15 minutes.

6.30: The second half commences, no changes to report. Man United kick us off.

6.34: So far it has been even, both teams have had half chances but no real ones yet.

6.38: Arsenal inches away of an equalizer then, Ronaldo played a cross across the face of goal but Sneijders out stretched leg couldn't reach the ball. Arsenal are coming back in to the game now.

6.42: PENALTY TO ARSENAL! Silva put a free kick in the United box, Vidics header balooned up in the air and Inler tried to header it away but instead jumped on Mexes and a penalty is given. Ronaldo steps up to take the penalty...

6.43: PENALTY SAVED! Fantastic stop by Buffon, Ronaldo tried to place it in the bottom corner but Buffon tipped it wide.

6.47: Man United are trying to attack but the Arsenal defence is rock solid and is allowing nothing past it. However Mexes has just conceded a free kick outside the area, Robinho takes it and Reina's finger tip save stopped Man United doubling their lead.

6.51: GOAL! Arsenal have equalized! Sneijder dinked the ball over the Man United defence and Villa ran on to it and rounded the keeper and put the ball in the back of the net.

6.55: Arsenal want more, De Rossi finding Silva out wide who whipped in a cross and Villas diving header struck the post.

6.59: Young and Coentrao have came on for Arsenal now, they want the three points and need the three points.

7.02: GOAL! Arsenal have took the lead! Ronaldo crossed the ball in but Evans cleared only to Young who took one touch and went inside and curled a magnificent shot in to the top corner to send the Arsenal fans in to raptures.

7.06: Arsenal have took their foot off their pedal now, Man United are coming forward and Vaart has just been crunched by De Rossi. Free kick to United but it comes to nothing.

7.09: GOAL! Man United have equalized! Arsenal attacked down the right wing and Walcott got inside the box and passed it to Robinho who made a quick run to the penalty spot and curled it in. Game on!

7.12: End to end football again, Ronaldo dribbled past 3 Man United players and tried to get past Evans but Evans should barged him fairly and Ronaldo fell to the floor like he had just been shot. Howard Webb rightly gave him a yellow card. Man United attacked from the free kick, Walcott sped away from Ashley Cole and had two options in the box with Gomez and Robinho but he over hit it and it went out for a throwing.

7.15: It's going in to additional time now and nobody knows what will happen in the closing stages. Sneijder tried his luck from distance but it went straight at Buffon.

7.17: GOAL! Arsenal have done it! Ronaldo did some wonderful skill and then crossed it in, Villa headed it down to Sneijder who half volleyed it home. The United players fell to the floor looking dejected. I don't blame them.

7.18: United are throwing the kitchen sink at Arsenal, Robinho has the ball. He plays the ball to Gomez, Gomez back heels it and Robinho is clean through but Vidic throws his body at the ball and clears it and the full time whistle goes! Arsenal left it late but they take all of the three points. Man United fans will feel not only that they deserved a draw but they could of got a win.
