Quick question re Walker ? Anyone else feel as though the reported talks demanded by walker re his future been taken in a very unfavorable light by Poch. We all know Poch is all about the "team ethos" and with this team playing great, fighting for the prem league I wonder if his recent lack of game time is a message that there's a place and time for such talks and now isn't it !!!!
I like walker, much improved under Poch but if darth levy rips city for 40-50mln would u be that bothered if he left esp with trips as back up . Let's be honest there are signs of trips improving at the same kind of rate as walker did 2 years ago??? Personally I think in his position it's more about the manager, tactics and system than the player himself ?

Poch said Levy has told him that he will not sell any of our best players, of which Walker is one. It would be absolute madness to sell the England right back and best in the league, at any price. Trippier is not at Walker`s level, he is an able deputy but Walker is still the better player.
It`s a non story, Walker will be going nowhere, and neither will any other player that we want to keep.
We will be strengthening the squad, not weakening it.

You do look a bit stupid when you call out LFC on penalties Billy seeing as have have had more awarded and less against.
I think the Walker story has legs as they can double his wages. The wage bill is an issue for Spurs.

I think Walker is lacking fitness, he was recently injured and been coming back from that.
He didn't look himself at all against Palace so I reckon there must be some fitness issues going on.
He's not the only player to be dropped recently with the run of games we've had, im sure all us good.

I think the Walker story has no legs whatsoever as Spurs can double his wages if they wish. The wage bill is no longer an issue for Spurs.

And Spurs will go on to surpass Pool`s revenues in a few years time and up to a level close to that of Arsenal eventually. I know you are completely in denial and cannot bare the thought of it, but you better get used to it, if anything for the sake of your own sanity.
The sooner you come to terms with the fact that Spurs are club on the up year after year and Pool are a club in a slow decline, the better imo.

That would make sense if Liverpool's revenues were not also rising but they are. It's not happening and I don't think you know what you're talking about. Spurs are one place above Liverpool and out of all the cups.
