A brilliant example of bad refereeing at todays game. How does this guy manage to keep his job? Some of his decisions defy belief. Returning the ball to Leeds after they knock on, allowing consistant offsides, missing forward passes. Agar was completely right in his outburst at this useless idiot. Definitly a case of the best side losing.

In the post match interview Brown said its was his team mistakes that cost the points not the ref.

Hardly suprising McDermot thought ref was all right given that most of the bad decisions went his teams way. As for Brown not saying anything detremental he already has a fine hanging over him so would not want to make things worse. Though even allowing for bias the majority of the Giants fans were definitely of the opinion the ref was rubbish. If McDermot is taking any kind of hope out of yesterdays performance by Leeds then he is deluding himself and living on false hopes. With a decent ref the game would have had a very different result.

all refs are rubbish we should send them to a ref school if their was a ref school
