Good morning all.
I was away in the big smoke of Laaandaaaan last week so didn't get a chance to see any of the mighty Terrors comfortable 5-1 aggregate victory over Morton. In fact I was on a flight back to Aberdeen on Friday night so didn't see anything of the game at all on Friday and couldn't even follow it on social media. It was a relief to land and find out that we had comfortably won through.
It's made me more upbeat ahead of the far trickier task of overcoming Falkirk this week. A win on Tuesday at Tannadice is essential imo and I would love us to have a two goal winning margin.
Could it be that we're actually hitting form just at the right time? Here's hoping, although I've been a United fan for far too long to be getting my hopes up just yet! I'm certainly not even looking at the Premiership table at the moment as I think we need to concentrate on beating Falkirk rather than thinking about who me might be playing in the final.
I did however see the Wato Kuate goal and subsequent interview. I think he's my new favourite.

Could this be the year the dream of ICT and Hamilton going down is realised.
I wanted Killie and Hamilton in all honesty, both plastic pitches out the top league.

Congratulations to Falkirk for winning through I suppose.

I’m not sure about Dundee Utd in the top tier. We already have the big team from Glasgow, the big team from Aberdeen, the big team from Edinburgh and the big team from Dundee. The diddy team from Glasgow came up last season and have struggled. I don’t know if there is much value having another diddy team from one of the big cities in the league. I think it should just be a league for the big teams and the diddy teams like Rangers, Hibs and United can stick to the Championship where they have more chance of competing.

Juego, hard to argue against your points to be fair.
Falkirk have also got reasonable attendances so wouldn't be a step down for the top league in that regard.
I think it'll be a very tough double header against them.

"Houston is not everybodies cup of tea but he is a decent manager who has done an excellent job."
Lies!
Tomorrow we will crush Falkirk and their 14 central idfielders. Houston will play for a loss away from home and United to go ahead. Hopefully we're at least a couple ahead by the 70th minute as that's when Houston traditionally decides to stop defending a losing position.
