All I said was Nasri is a creative player.
You maybe need to rewatch the Spurs City 5-1 game to see how creative Nasri can be. Also take a look at the England France game where he ran the show for 90 mins.
Creativity for me is working out a way to unlock a defence in front of you. Nasri & Silva can both do this job. Who gets the final assist stat is neither here nor there. They're both creative.

Once again, I didn't say he wan't creative, he is creative. I don't care about making the final assist, it was you that argued otherwise. I watched the Spurs game and Nasri put in some great balls after being played in with good passes. My argument was that I don't see how his little spell of assists makes him one of the top 3 creative player in the league. Silva controls everything in that side, it all goes through him. nasri has added to that but isn't on the level of Silva in terms of creativity. He was very good in that france game, Mvila completely controlled the midfield and nasri had lots of freedom. 2 matches are not how I would judge this tho.
to say again to be clear. I did not say Nasri was not a creative player, I just don't think he is up there with the very best in the league.

I think Ive seen more than enough of Nasri to say he is creative
Even with the France game you stil find the need to bring up M'Villa doing all the work in midfield for him. You could say the same about De Jong & Barry too for Silva

for the final time. I DID NOT SAY HE WASN'T CREATIVE. I mentioned M'vila because he was the outstanding player on that day. Silva is on a different level to Nasri, that is all. You obviously have a soft spot for him which is fine and have used 3 different reasons to justify why you think this way as well as going on to then say one of these reasons shouldn't be taken into account.
I'd have Nasri in my top 10 easily. I only began by saying the 4 assists were not representative of his creativity.

I think the partisanship has to stop. Yes, Mata was creative in spanish league but he is fresh and has done nothing here.
In no particular order, i'd go for Rooney, Nani and Silva. I hate Mancity with a passion but Silva is just sublime - in fact, he does two jobs, He runs city's midfield and he links midfield to attack seamlessly. A genius really.
Rooney picks himself.
Nani - he still has a lot to learn, could be less selfish. But he creates chances every single game. In fact, if the chels - k- i stop either of our wingers, they might have some joy against us on sun

I think you're the one using different reasons to suggest Nasri is not creative. First you said he had one assist last year then you said its not all about stats and now you're saying Nasri is good but not as good as Silva. He may not be as good as Silva but he's creative alright. Which is what I originally said if you care to scroll back

I didnt once say he wasn't creative, just not the most creative. I'm giving up. When i mentioned the 1 assist it was in reference to you quoting the amount of assists he has this season.
I'm not saying he isn't creative, I'm saying he isn't up there with the very best. How many times would you like me to say this?

Well if you hadnt made a mountain out of a molehill we wouldnt be here. My original statement was he's creative. You took issue with this for whatever reason and decided to waste my time as well as yours. You're now agreeing he is creative just not as creative as Silva, nowhere have I said he's as creative as Silva.

I never said otherwise. I didn't take exception to this. You just tried to use his assist stats as evidence, this was the only thing i disagreed with. Not once did I say he wasn't creative.

1st Silva
2nd Nani
3rd Modric
Thats my 3. To go with Mata so soon I think is jumping the gun a bit. I know he looks fantastic to put him on a pedastool so soon is a bit too far in my opinion. The 3 guys I've mentioned have been creative in the Prem for a good couple of seasons now.
