Full trailer out tomorrow
I wasn't particularly interested in this release, but having just watched the teaser trailers I'm excited. There's a very intriguing feel to them.
I loved FC3 so much, it was an excellent game. FC4 was actually a better game, it improved on quite a few areas, but it was too similar to 3. About half way through I just stopped playing because as fun as it was, I'd done everything in the game so many times that it wasn't exciting any more.
So I'm very interested to see what they are doing in 5 and can only hope that they freshen it up somehow. If it's another climb towers / capture bases in a different setting then I'm out, as good as it will inevitably be.
Anyone know any details?

I'm also thinking about it as this game has slipped under the radar for me mainly for the reason that like you I suffered from Far Cry fatigue too and have a half finished Far Cry 4 and have gone nowhere near a copy of Primal, despite the fact that it has decent reviews.

I first played Far Cry Primal and got the platinum on that, then recently played Far Cry 4 and got the platinum on that aswel! Just started Far Cry 3 and enjoying it but not as much as the other 2! Maybe I'm being a graphics snob or just newer game snob!
But I'm looking forward to this! Hope we don't have to wait to long till release date!

Just seen that Ezio, that is a long time to wait! Thought with the trailer today it would be a few months away. Shame.

Premise looks good but no real detail on the mechanics of the game. My guess, sadly, is it will be similar again.
