In terms of the group stages - everyone plays each other only once.
In terms of the group stages/semi finals home advantage comes into play - but form does not.
Standard 4 injuries per team (taken from 1st Team Squad as per usual)
Academy Players are permitted to play in the Cup/Shield
In terms of prize money for the cup it is exactly the same as the league as we all play exactly the same number of games (7 matches per team in total). So 2M for a win, 1.5m for a draw, 1m for a loss (+ 1M when you have a bye in the group stage)

Dream League Shield
The teams that finish 3rd, 4th, 5th in both groups will enter the Shield Tournament, which will take into consideration their results against the other 2 teams that did not qualify for the semi's in their group + then play against the 3rd, 4th & 5th placed teams in the other group to form a table.
The teams that have finished higher in each group i.e. the 3rd place teams will receive more home fixtures in the shield than the teams that finished 5th in their group
