Who will replace Stuart Broad who has been ruled out of the final ODI and the 5 ODI's in India, I would personally go for Ajmal Shahzad, I'm just thinking a team with Finn, Anderson and Dernbach will give us an extremely long tail which is not required in ODI cricket.

Alternatively, Chris Woakes would be a good shout. (Even though he's better in longer forms of the game)

Chris Woakes must be favourite as he has been in the original squad and is a better batsman.

Yep, Chris Woakes for me too.

Woakes probably will get the nod, but I just feel so sorry for Shahzad, I guess it's what you get when your country has a stack of great fast bowlers in the wings, I really would like to see him in the side, I mean we haven't even talked about Onions and he's a great bowlers too.

Shahzad?
He has been woeful for Yorkshire since his return from injury.
Way out of the reckoning.
Woakes all the way.

Though I appreciate your point about too many tailenders.

Shahzad is a favourite of mine but since his injury has not recovered his form.
Woakes did OK in the two T20 games he played in Oz.

I go for Patel as well. Though if it's wet it might be tough for the spinners.
Tail took England a long way in the last game. Maybe it's time to re evaluate Swann, Broad and Bresnan as batters.
