Just noticed in the article that he flew all the way to Cleveland for the operation!! Is the NHS that bad these days that a cartilage operation can't be done in the UK and don't we buy BUPA for the players!!

Specialists in UK aren't as good as abroad, certain Doc's in europe and America seem to treat most players these days..
Besides the last time I went into our NHS was to visit my old man, he wasn't that sick before he went but he sure as hell was sick after the food poisoning and the dirty needles Thx Mr Blair for helping to run an essential public service in to the ground!
