Tottenham target Ross Barkley is also on the radar of Arsenal ahead of his expected departure from Everton next month, according to the London Evening Standard.
Barkley has been linked with a move away from Everton for months, and is reportedly demanding £100k-a-week at his next club.
Everton are also thought to want £50m for the 23-year-old midfielder.

Hypothetically, (if it wasnt pure lies) then no I wouldn't want him.
He'd be a shiiit signing for us, his character and strengths are not what would work well in this team or under Wenger. He could do a lot better at Spurs under a different system and manager.
