Ive seen Everton endlessly linked with Olivier over the summer & Koeman has said Barkley is 100% out of the door today.
With Chamberlain's future uncertain aswell. It wouldn't surprise me if a swap deal & some money changed hands between Arsenal & Everton.
Arsene loves stock piling midfielders and would fit the english HG Quota if Ox leaves.
I can't say id be delighted with it but it wouldn't surprise me one bit.

Everton will never do it. Barkley is a character with deep flaws but what an upside if he ever came together. He is physically big, powerful and only 23. Wilshere is physically finished and like it or not we need some English players to keep us locals and sponsorship happy.
