Very overrated ; slower than Xhaka!

Having a team full of smallish players is not a good idea. Having 2-3 is fine.

What the problem with Arsenal? We are lightweight and lack power. So the answer is to sign more lightweight players??

So we should just buy players because they're tall and strong? Think we need a bit more than that. I don't want us paying £45m for an over the hill immobile CM.

Go back 2/3 seasons when chelsea won the league. He was their player of the season and with the right environment he will.flurish. He is far from finished and o his day he can be contender for player of season. Utd could have a player on their hands

None of the players on this thread mentioned are good enough or feasible.

Aside from Verrati and Goretzka there is nobody mentioned here we should be looking at.

Verrati would be extremely difficult to convince to join us, and that's ignoring the cost involved. If Barca couldn't get a deal over the line we have no chance.

Goretzka seems Bayern bound so again don't see much hope in us signing him
