It's been ok first few days but today the humidity was ridiculous

Didn't really like Dubai

Wife loved it which is the important thing

I really like it but now I've seen the sites not sure Id bother about returning on holiday

Depends when you go curly, our summer time it's just mental hot and humid, from Nov till about march is great weather, it's just right for walking around at night , loved it there but I was working and living there

Never been to Cuba but have friends who've been.

All say the same thing which is about the big cars and very friendly people. Extremely inexpensive with the one drawback that the food is fairly basic. Not a big deal as such with all that wonderful rum to get through.

Probably the best time to visit before the usual American vultures descend on the place and blight the landscape with neon signs and cheap motels.

Only two more days of my main holiday left so its breakfast for me, then pool. Out of villa by lunch time and heading to a nice hotel for our last night before flying home late tomorrow. 😎

Cuba is great, needs a bit of TLC but the atmosphere is wonderful. Re food, you'll find locals will offer to cook for you in their houses....for payment..try and do this as the food is authentic and it helps feed the locals. Mojitos and cigars , great , great music ....what's not to like.
