We won a match ....

So, it may have been raining banana skins in Colchester but we managed not to slip up. 2-1 to us.

Pleased about this, because:
1) Bruce had the courage to put out a much changed side (9 changes) including quite a few of the youngsters.
2) It gave those youngsters the chance to perform on the real stage, which should hold us well in the future.
3) We won!

Ok, we had our dodgy moments, going to sleep after becoming 2 up. But the conditions were too poor to really assess performances. Overal, a plus!

Yep some good performances by some of the youth. Though O hare did great and Onomah. A few worrying performances, Samba and Bjanason looked awful but they probably need match fitness although neither to me will be anywhere near the first team. Hourihane too just hasn't lived up to expectations at the current time. Roll on Saturday and hopefully a first league win against a tough Warnock team in Cardiff.
