PL Predictions League

Hi everyone. Just a few days until the women become football widows again, as we kick off the 2017-2018 season. I have set up a new Predictions League thread so we're all under the same roof.

Here are the all important rules & regs to familiarise yourselves with.

1) Predictions must be in before the kick-off time of the relevant match. Anything after this cannot be counted.

2) You can submit a revised prediction after posting, so long as it's in keeping with the above rule. Please put a short message with it so that I don't miss it. Something like "I've changed my prediction to Spurs X-X Arsenal". Your last prediction you make will be taken as your final prediction.

3) Predictions can be made anytime in the week.

4) We do our best to update and publish scores ASAP, however we all have work etc so please bare with us.

5) Please post scores in this thread for everyone to see.

6) We input scores into an Excel spreadsheet manually, and do our best with the maths, but please shout if there are any discrepancies.

7) It's a just for fun league. Share the banter of course, but keep it clean and light hearted.

Scoring system
1) 3 points for correctly guessing the score

2) 1 point for correctly guessing the outcome of the game, but not to the correct score

3) One 'Joker' game per round, in which whatever score you gain will be doubled. Simply put a (J) next to your chosen fixture.

4) There will be a festive point system at Christmas and also a separate one at Easter.
