One step up and then two down. This has been our situation since David Moores sold the club to the two American clowns. We have not won a trophy for ages. FSG is the same. Had net spend profit on players transfer last season and they are going to have huge profit this year and then probably sell the club.

Ah well.

Pretty easy to understand.
The season starts tomorrow, there isnt an abundance of replacements out there waiting to be picked up, so obviously Liverpool fans wont want that player to be sold, no mater what club he was going to.

I'm still confident he'll still be here in September. I just can't see the owners backing down after releasing their statement earlier.

If DDG handed in a transfer request, I'd be upset but I'd want him out. I don't want any player at Utd who doesnt want to be here.

The Rooney thing a few yrs ago was slightly different as it looked like Rooney was going to join our neighbours. Had it been a foreign team, I'd have driven him to the airport personally.

Why would you want a player who isn't happy when he'd be going abroad for big money? Very strange.

We definitely should NOT sell him now with what's happened so far, we'd lose too much face with the fans.
