And you could argue that of all of these, only Nasri had made the team weaker. The other were actually good business from Arsenal POV.

Didn't really stop Aresenal as it helped pay for the Emeriates.

Big stand has been paid for by increase capacity n ticket prices.

Still doesn't beat Arsenal to Barcelona:
Cesc Fabregas, Thomas Vermaelen, Alex Song, Aleksander Hleb, Thierry Henry, Gio van Bronckhorst, Marc Overmars, Emmanuel Petit.

Still doesn't beat Arsenal to Barcelona:
Cesc Fabregas, Thomas Vermaelen, Alex Song, Aleksander Hleb, Thierry Henry, Gio van Bronckhorst, Marc Overmars, Emmanuel Petit.

Even now, the sale of Cesc and Henry still hurt. But the fact that we managed to get £35M combined for Song and TV5 from them make it up a bit.
