Drinkwater

Before the season kicked off,
Most on here had a midfielder on the
Want list,
Having james back could be a bonus,
but
If DD goes to Chelsea, are we missing a midfielder?
As always, we never hear who we are after player wise
Until there almost signed, but besides Sig ive heard nothing

But if he goes it leaves us very light again and looking for a
CB
Mid
Winger
Just a tad worried!

Its catch 22 isnt it. If DD goes weve got Wilf, James, Ibbora, King, Armarti, Mend.......yeah see what you mean.If DD stays do we need another.

If Drinky goes yes. If Mahrez goes yes another winger.
Problem is with time running out, its harder to get somebody. Personally I,f be happier if both stayed.

And re us not knowing about true interest unitil they are virtually signed, I,d rather we had ir that way .
Usually news about it alerts other clubs. Or should we do a Roma and get the media to do the dirty work
and try to unsettle our targets for us.

Only 2 weeks of this to go

Yeah - Roma can screw off. I'd be tempted to reject any bid based on the way they've conducted their business now.

I think DD will go, and Mahrez will stay. Bit of a wake up call for Mahrez if he does. He needs to knuckle down and actually put some performances in if he wants anbig move. Repeats of last season or last Friday and he'll be going nowhere.

It will be interesting to see if Knocky has a better performance than Mahrez tomorrow. Could be ironic as Mahrez soon eclipsed Knocky after his arrival at the KP. Allez le Bleu!

It will be and also for the rest of the Season, I'm sure someone who lives in a Dungeon said Knocky will never make a decent Premier League player!

I said that.
I still believe that, at least until proven otherwise.
But regardless, that doesn't mean that he won't score a brace against us tomorrow.

They should give Leo Ulloa a run out tomorrow. Payback time. On the last occasion these clubs met I made it to the game with minutes to spare only to see Ulloa take City's defence to pieces. He and the 'keeper Kuszczak were the stars that night.

downsouf - As long as it's not for a central midfielder when we're hanging onto a 1 goal lead with ten minutes to go.

Hope Knocky has a great season for Brighton...........
after tomorrow !!!

Anyone who scores a winner at F**est must be a legend ( even if he then takes one of the worst pens ever seen in the resulting play off)

and can we hope Brighton are still peed up after celebrating promotion, like we were when they beat us 4-1 ( Leo you owe us a couple)

That sounds about right dungeth.

By the way, I recollect occasions now in such graphic terms owing to the scant opportunities to attend on a regular basis!
