Ive been thinking about this also.

Most clubs are waiting to get the last minute deal.

One deal will set off a series of other deals.

Several clubs have already brought in replacements for players they were anticipating to move on by now.

In the last week buyers and sellers MUST get there business out of the way.

The clubs with the biggest pockets , who can offer the best contracts will be first to get the players in most cases imo.

Sure this will not work in every instance due to club rivalries, but there will be a tipping point where clubs are going have to bite the bullet and get the deals done.

Chelsea should be close to the top of pecking order in the last week due to the financial aspect and the ability to trade youth /loan players .

I think we will bring in 4 players.

Don't ask me who, but i do hope Conte gets an Italian in.

I think this will be to the wire stuff, but we will bring in the players, they are out there numerous names being touted.

1/ Possibly 2 wing backs

1 Creative mid fielder.

1 striker.

This point i have trouble with because the club may look to players with a utility ability.

And that case it could be 3 in.

We will sign 3 players but actually we need 5 players.

I think we'll bring in 4 players
1 or 2 wingbacks
1 or 2 midfielders
And a striker.

What are you making of the Candreva link?

If he was a bit younger he would be perfect for Chelsea, still think you will probably go for him due to the lack of alternatives.

Candreva is still good enough for Chelsea FC.
